Reviewing Own Permissions
Use this checklist to audit a user’s functional authority—what they can do within specific platform modules.
Pro Tip: Use Collapse all to quickly reset the view and see only the main module headings.
1. Open the Own Permissions Tab
Click the Own permissions tab in the center of the screen to load the feature-based access list.

2. Review Available Modules
Scan the list for active features such as Talent, Audience, News Feed, Reporting, and Compensation Cycles.

3. Expand for Specific Actions
Click Expand all to see granular rights.
- Example: Under Talent, check if the user can “Access application tracking” or “Manage performance cycles.”

4. Check “Is Enabled” Status
Look at the Is enabled column. A purple checkmark confirms the user has the right to perform that action.

5. Filter for Quick Results
Use the Search permissions box on the right to find a specific right (e.g., type “news”) without scrolling.

6. Audit All Pages
Use the Pagination arrows at the bottom right to ensure you’ve reviewed all pages of functional permissions.
