Scale your team in the age of AI

The old startup scaling playbook was built for a world that no longer exists. Most operating models were designed around human constraints but AI changes those constraints in a fundamental way, which means it also changes the operating model itself: how work is divided, sequenced, coordinated and ultimately turned into value.

What earns its place early is a simple payroll and basic HRIS that handles leave, records and payslips and is compliant, plus rostering and time tools if you're shift-based, and e-signature for contracts. An applicant tracking system is worth it only once hiring volume actually justifies it, not before.

Employees should feel evaluated by a human, not a machine. AI should increase human capability – not replace human leadership.
