Requesting and Tracking Your Time Off
Follow these steps to check your available leave and submit a new request.
- Check your balance
- Navigate to Time off > My time off. Look at the Balance Summary cards at the top to see your “Remaining” days for each leave category.
- Open the request form
- Click the purple Request time off button located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select the leave category
- Open the Policy dropdown menu and choose the type of leave you are taking (e.g., Vacation or Sick Leave).
- Choose your dates
- Click on the From and To fields to select your start and end dates from the calendar. The system will automatically calculate the total working days.
- Add supporting documents (Optional)
- If you are requesting sick leave or study leave, click Select from Documents to upload a medical certificate or relevant file.
- Leave a note
- Type a brief explanation for your manager in the Description box.
- Submit for approval
- Click the Apply button. Your request will now appear in the Requests tab with a “Pending” status.
