Requesting and Tracking Your Time Off

Follow these steps to check your available leave and submit a new request.

  1. Check your balance
  2. Navigate to Time off > My time off. Look at the Balance Summary cards at the top to see your “Remaining” days for each leave category.
  3. Open the request form
  4. Click the purple Request time off button located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  5. Select the leave category
  6. Open the Policy dropdown menu and choose the type of leave you are taking (e.g., Vacation or Sick Leave).
  7. Choose your dates
  8. Click on the From and To fields to select your start and end dates from the calendar. The system will automatically calculate the total working days.
  9. Add supporting documents (Optional)
  10. If you are requesting sick leave or study leave, click Select from Documents to upload a medical certificate or relevant file.
  11. Leave a note
  12. Type a brief explanation for your manager in the Description box.
  13. Submit for approval
  14. Click the Apply button. Your request will now appear in the Requests tab with a “Pending” status.
