Managing Team Requests & Approvals

Follow these steps to review, filter, and process leave requests from your team.

  1. Open the management queue
  2. Navigate to Time off people > Manage requests from the main sidebar.
  3. Filter the list
  4. Click the Filter icon to narrow down the list by Department, Site, or specific Policy Type to find urgent requests.
  5. Review request details
  6. Click directly on a specific Request row to expand it and read the employee’s description or view attached files.
  7. Approve or Deny
  8. Click the Checkmark icon to approve the request or the X icon to deny it.
  9. Confirm the action
  10. If prompted, add a comment explaining your decision. The employee will receive an automated email notification immediately.
  11. Verify the update
  12. Check that the request status has changed from “Pending” (Gray) to “Approved” (Green) or “Denied” (Red).
