Managing Team Requests & Approvals
Follow these steps to review, filter, and process leave requests from your team.
- Open the management queue
- Navigate to Time off people > Manage requests from the main sidebar.
- Filter the list
- Click the Filter icon to narrow down the list by Department, Site, or specific Policy Type to find urgent requests.
- Review request details
- Click directly on a specific Request row to expand it and read the employee’s description or view attached files.
- Approve or Deny
- Click the Checkmark icon to approve the request or the X icon to deny it.
- Confirm the action
- If prompted, add a comment explaining your decision. The employee will receive an automated email notification immediately.
- Verify the update
- Check that the request status has changed from “Pending” (Gray) to “Approved” (Green) or “Denied” (Red).
