Checklist: Using the Org Chart

1. Open the Org Chart
Select Org Chart from the left-hand navigation menu to view your company hierarchy.

2. View the automatically generated structure
The Org Chart is created automatically based on the parent-child relationships defined in Settings → Org Units.

3. Switch between chart views
Toggle between Detailed and Simplified view modes to control how much information is shown.

4. Search for organizational units
Use the search bar to quickly find a specific department, team, or division within the hierarchy.

5. Expand or collapse units
Click the hierarchy arrow below each unit to reveal or hide its sub-units.

6. Navigate the hierarchy
Use the zoom controls to zoom in for details or zoom out for a full company overview.

7. Review reporting relationships
View how units are structured based on the Parent Organization Unit relationships configured in Organizational Units settings.

8. Monitor automatic updates
Changes to organizational units or employee assignments are reflected automatically in the Org Chart.

9. Export the organizational structure
Use the Export button to download the chart as CSV, PNG, or PDF for sharing or reporting.
